The Apps will let you know which staff is allocated to which asset resource on permanent use basis. It also supports some resources of temporary use basis that need to be booked in advance. When asset was returned from staff after use, you would mark them as checked.

The app is easy to use and easy to setup.
1) Enter asset resources for staff use.
2) Enter brief staff info.

Then you would start to allocate resources to staff for both permanent use and temporary use.

For shared resources of temporary use by staff, it need booking in advance. When asset was returned after use, you would mark them as checked.
